Terms of Service — Insta Automation

These terms govern your use of Insta Automation at aisandy.tech/insta (the "Service"). By connecting your Instagram account you agree to them. "We", "us" and "our" mean Rudraayaan AI Technologies Private Limited; "you" means the person or business using the Service.

The Service

Insta Automation lets you publish a bio-link page and run comment-to-DM automations on your own Instagram Professional account: when someone comments on your post or reel, the Service can reply publicly, reply privately with a button, and — where you enable it — ask the commenter to follow you before a link is delivered. The Service acts only on the account you connect, using the access token Instagram issues for it.

Eligibility

The Service is offered to users in India only. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. You need an Instagram Professional (Business or Creator) account that you own or are lawfully authorised to manage.

Your responsibilities

You own the content, links, and messages your automations send, and you are responsible for them. You agree not to use the Service to send spam, deceptive or unlawful content, harassment, hate speech, or adult content, or anything that violates Meta's Platform Terms, Instagram's Community Guidelines, or applicable law. You further agree not to: (a) use the Service in a way that competes with or harms Instagram/Meta; (b) reverse-engineer, copy, or circumvent any technical measures of the Service; (c) use automated means other than those the Service provides. You are solely responsible for keeping your Instagram account credentials confidential; we are not liable for loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Instagram account caused by your actions or negligence. We may disable automations or disconnect accounts that breach this section.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rudraayaan AI Technologies Private Limited and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: your use of the Service; your content, links, or automated messages; or your violation of these terms, Meta's terms, Instagram's Community Guidelines, or any third-party rights.

Intellectual property

The Service — its design, code, and all content other than your own materials — is owned by Rudraayaan AI Technologies Private Limited. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service while these terms are in effect. You retain all rights to your own content.

Instagram and Meta

The Service is built on Meta's Instagram API and is subject to its limits — for example, one private reply per comment and the messaging windows Meta enforces. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta. If Instagram changes or withdraws API access, features may stop working; that is outside our control. Automation carries platform risk: even when performed through official APIs, Instagram may limit, suspend, or ban accounts at its discretion. You use automation at your own risk, and we are not liable for actions Instagram takes against your account.

Availability and beta status

The Service is currently free while in beta. It is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, message delivery, or follower growth. We may add, change, or remove features, and may introduce paid plans later with notice.

Privacy

How we handle data is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

Termination

You can stop at any time using the "Delete my data" control on your dashboard or by disconnecting the app from your Instagram settings — your data is then deleted as described in the privacy policy. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, Meta's policies, or applicable law. Upon termination you remain responsible for any obligations that accrued before it.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total cumulative liability for any and all claims arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim — currently zero during the free beta. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, loss of profits or data, or for actions Instagram or Meta take against your account.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Miscellaneous

If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect (severability). Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages of Meta's platforms, internet failures, or other force majeure events. These terms and the privacy policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
