Our products are digital services. There are no physical goods, and no shipping or delivery charges.

How you receive what you paid for

Access is added to the account you signed in with as soon as your payment succeeds, normally within a minute. For Homework for Schools, paid classes appear in your verified school workspace.

If access has not appeared within 24 hours of a successful payment, email sandeep@aisandy.tech with the payment ID. We either add it or refund you in full. See the refund and cancellation policy.
