The extension is made by Rudraayaan AI Technologies Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad, Telangana (“we”). Contact: sandeep@card9.in. See also our Terms of Use.
Nothing. The extension collects, transmits and sells no personal data. It does not collect or send names, email addresses, phone numbers, ID numbers, IP addresses, device or browser identifiers, browsing history, page contents, clipboard contents, files, usage analytics, crash reports or diagnostic information.
Everything you enter (pilgrim profiles, families, saved sets, settings) is stored only on your device, in your browser’s local storage:
chrome.storage.local — settings.TirumalaAssistantDB) — profiles, families and sets. This data never leaves your browser. There is no cloud sync, no account and no server. Photo ID numbers can be encrypted on your device with a master password. Uninstalling the extension removes this data.
The extension contains no analytics, telemetry, tracking, fingerprinting, tracking cookies,
third-party SDKs or remote code. It makes no network requests of its own: there are no uses of
fetch, XMLHttpRequest, WebSocket, EventSource or
navigator.sendBeacon in it.
On TTD forms that block autofill, the Click & Paste buttons write one value at a time (for example a name) to your clipboard when you click them, so you can paste it yourself. The extension never reads your clipboard.
| Permission | Purpose |
|---|---|
storage | Save your settings locally. |
activeTab | Read the current tab’s address and title to see which TTD form is open, and fill it when you click Autofill. |
scripting | Load the form helper into the open TTD tab when you click Autofill. |
alarms | Local timers for reminders before TTD ticket openings. |
notifications | Show those reminders, a one-time “what’s new” note after an update, and a test reminder you trigger. |
Access to *.ttdevasthanams.ap.gov.in and *.tirupatibalaji.ap.gov.in | Work only on the official TTD booking sites. |
The extension works on page contents only on the official TTD sites and only after you click Autofill. It reads nothing from any other site.
The extension shows optional links: the official TTD sites, hotel pages on Booking.com, Google Maps, WhatsApp help, our Instagram page, and mosquito.card9.in, a separate mosquito-net booking site run by us. A link does nothing until you click it; your browser then opens that site normally. The extension attaches none of your data to these links and passes nothing to those sites.
Each of those websites is run under its own terms and privacy policy, not this one. Anything you enter or book there (for example your mobile number on mosquito.card9.in, or a hotel booking) is handled by that website. Read its privacy policy before you share details there. mosquito.card9.in has its own policy at mosquito.card9.in/privacy.
Store pilgrim profiles locally and help enter them into the official TTD booking forms, with reminders before TTD ticket openings.
If this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
Questions about this policy: sandeep@card9.in.
This extension is not affiliated with or endorsed by Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD). It is an independent helper that fills forms on the official TTD sites only when you ask it to.
