Nothing. The extension collects, transmits, and sells no personal data. Specifically, it does not collect or send names, email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, device or browser identifiers, browsing history, page contents, clipboard contents, files, usage analytics, crash reports, or diagnostic information.
Any data you enter (pilgrim profiles, families, saved sets, settings) is stored only on your device using the browser's local storage:
chrome.storage.local — for settings.TirumalaAssistantDB, local to your browser) — for profiles, families, and sets. This data never leaves your browser. There is no cloud sync, no account, and no server. Uninstalling the extension removes this data with it.
The extension contains no analytics, telemetry, tracking, fingerprinting, tracking
cookies, third-party SDKs, or remote script loading. A codebase audit confirms there are no uses of
fetch, XMLHttpRequest, WebSocket, EventSource, or
navigator.sendBeacon anywhere in the extension.
| Permission | Purpose |
|---|---|
storage | Save your settings locally. |
activeTab | Read the current tab's URL/title to detect which TTD booking form is open, and fill it when you click Autofill. |
scripting | Fallback path to inject the autofill routine into the active TTD tab on your click. |
alarms | A local timer that checks configured darshan release times to remind you locally. |
notifications | Show local desktop reminders (icon is a bundled inline image — no network). |
Host access to *.ttdevasthanams.ap.gov.in and *.tirupatibalaji.ap.gov.in | Run only on the official TTD booking sites so autofill works there. |
The extension acts on page contents only on the official TTD domains and only after you click Autofill. It reads nothing from other sites.
The interface offers optional links (the official TTD website, Google Maps, and hotel booking pages). These do nothing until you click them, at which point your browser navigates there normally. No data about you is attached.
The "Support the developer" section shows a UPI QR code that is bundled inside the extension as a local image — displaying it makes no network request. If you choose to scan it, your own UPI app opens where you enter the amount and confirm the payment. The extension does not process payments, does not initiate any payment, and collects no payment information or payment status.
The extension has a single purpose: securely store pilgrim profiles locally and autofill them into TTD booking forms on user action.
For questions about this policy, contact the developer at naredla.sandeep@gmail.com or via the Chrome Web Store listing.
This extension is not affiliated with or endorsed by Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD). It is an independent assistant that fills forms on the official TTD sites only when you ask it to.
