Terms of Use — Tirumala Darshan Assistant

In short: the extension is a free helper that fills forms on your computer. TTD runs the bookings, not us. Any booking, payment or service you get on another website — TTD, a hotel, mosquito.card9.in or anywhere else — is between you and that website.

1. Who we are

Tirumala Darshan Assistant (“the extension”) is made by Rudraayaan AI Technologies Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad, Telangana (“we”, “us”). By installing or using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall it.

2. What the extension does

It stores pilgrim details on your own device, helps you enter them into the official TTD booking forms, and shows reminders before ticket openings. It is free and offered as Swami seva.

3. Not part of TTD

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD). TTD alone decides ticket availability, quotas, rules, prices, cancellations and refunds. Reminder times come from published schedules and may be tentative or change; always confirm on the official TTD website.

4. You stay in control

You check every field before you continue. The extension never solves CAPTCHAs, chooses slots, makes payments or submits a booking for you.
You are responsible for the details you save and for following TTD’s rules, including entering correct identity details.
TTD changes its forms often. A form may stop working with the extension until we update it.

5. Other websites and bookings made there

The extension links to other websites: TTD, Booking.com hotel pages, Google Maps, WhatsApp, Instagram and mosquito.card9.in. When you open one, you leave the extension. Any booking, order, payment, delivery, stay or service you arrange on another website is a matter between you and whoever provides it there, under that website’s own terms and privacy policy. Tirumala Darshan Assistant is not a party to it and is not responsible for its availability, price, quality, delivery, cancellation, refund or for anything that happens outside the extension.

mosquito.card9.in is a separate service with its own terms and privacy policy; questions about a booking there go to that service, not to the extension.

6. No guarantee

The extension is provided free, “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that you will get a ticket, a slot or a room, that a reminder arrives on time, or that every form is filled without error.

7. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from using or being unable to use the extension, including missed or failed bookings, rejected entries, wrong details or losses connected with other websites. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that the law does not allow us to exclude.

8. Changes

We may update the extension and these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the extension after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction.
